Sales Team Leader Job Description
Manages and leads a team of Sales Representatives. Communicates company goals, best practices, policies and procedures to the team. Motivates team members and assesses performance. Provides help to management, including hiring and training, and keeps management updated on team performance. Communicates concerns and policies among management and team members.
Responsibilities
- Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
- Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
- Assists management with hiring processes and new team member training
- Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
- Communicates deadlines and sales goals to team members
- Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures, company regulations and performance goals
- Ensures team members timecards are complete and updated every payroll payout
- Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
- Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines
- Ensures team members compliance on break schedule and perform queue management
- Measure performance with key metrics such as Attendance, Conversion rate etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
- Prepare daily/monthly/annual results and performance reports
- Assist with special projects and any other duties as assigned by manager.

- 8 GB of system memory.
- i3 processor or higher.
- Fiber or highspeed internet of at least 20MBPs. (both upload & download)
- Windows 10 or 11 with Google Chrome web browser installed.
- Wired headset.
- Malware and virus-free/protected computer.
- Skype account.
- Valid government-issued ID/driver’s license.

- PTO will be accrued at 0.0385 for a of 90 hours bi-weekly eligible after 120 days of employment (10 days in a full year)
