Job Overview:

Are you a highly motivated and customer-centric individual with a passion for providing excellent service? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Customer Service Agent - Email Confirmation Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the information they need about specific offers from GoHealth partners. This position combines customer service, sales, and technical support to help customers confirm the delivery of important emails and, if necessary, resend them.

 

Job Requirement:

  • Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to customers who have expressed interest in GoHealth partner offers to confirm they have received the corresponding email.

    Customer Assistance: Assist customers with any questions or issues related to email deliverability and ensure a positive customer experience.

    Email Resending: When necessary, resend emails to customers who have not received them or are having trouble accessing them.

    Sales Component: Engage customers in a friendly and consultative manner to explore their needs and interests, potentially upselling or cross-selling relevant products or services.

    Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to customers who may require assistance with email settings or troubleshooting.

    Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions and information in the company's database.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
  • Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and upbeat demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate email systems.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Internet and Hardware Requirement:

  • Skype Account

  • Webcam Installed 

  • Must have Wired Headset

  • Speed test – Minimum of 20mbp Speed Download and Upload

  • Windows 10 or 11, MacOS Sierra or higher, or ChromeOS with Google Chrome Web Browser Installed 
  • Google Chrome Installed 
  • 8GB or Higher of Memory
  • Processor i3 or higher

  • Computer must be Free of Malware or viruses
     
  • Valid government issued ID
