At GoHealth 360, we are seeking energetic and self-motivated Call Center Agents to join our SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance Campaign). As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding customer service and support to individuals who are looking for more information or assistance with  disability insurance. 

Job Requirement:

• Hours: 9 hours per day, Monday to Saturday totaling to 54 hours weekly. 
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, always ensuring exceptional customer service 
• Conduct thorough intake interviews to gather relevant information
• Accurately record client details and case information in our database
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries
• Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to address client concerns effectively
• Adhere to established call center guidelines and protocols

Internet and Hardware Requirement:

• Must have Wired Headset
• Speed test – Minimum of 20 mbp Speed Download and Upload
• Windows 11 or higher with Google Chrome web browser installed
• 8 GB or Higher of Memory
• Processor i3 or higher
• Computer must be Free of Malware or viruses
• Back up internet (Filipinos only) 
• Valid government-issued ID/driver’s license.

What We Offer

• Competitive Salary (₱117.94 - ₱128.20 php per hour) depending on skills and experience
• Health allowance (After 120 days of employment)
• PTO will be accrued at 0.0385 for a max of 90 hours bi-weekly eligible after 120 days of employment (10 days in a full year)
• Internet allowance - PHP 515 bi-weekly

• Pay is biweekly via VEEM
