Job Overview:

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will utilize the company phone system and CRM to assist patients with their inquiries and qualify them for insurance coverage. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and demeanor, and working on a dialer or CRM.

Job Requirement:

Excellent command of the English language, with strong comprehension of grammar and sentence structure.
Ability to multitask effectively by typing and talking simultaneously.
Experience making inbound and outbound phone calls in a BPO/Call Center environment.
Strong phone etiquette and demeanor
Experience working on a dialer or CRM.
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in computer literacy including command of cloud-based systems.
Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in a BPO/Call Center environment

Internet and Hardware Requirement:

Must have Wired Headset
Speed test – Minimum of 20mbp Speed Download and Upload
Windows 10 or 11 with Google Chrome web browser installed
8GB or Higher of Memory
Processor i3 or higher
Computer must be Free of Malware or viruses
Back up internet
Skype account
Valid government-issued ID/driver’s license.

What We Offer

Competitive salary (19,000-25,000php per month)
Health allowance (After 120 days of employment)
PTO will be accrued at 0.0385 for a max of 90 hours bi-weekly eligible after 120 days of employment (10 days in a full year)
6 US Paid Holidays

Pay is biweekly
